WOYWW 102

Here I am again! third week running - so much for only once a month eh! I managed to visit around 70 blogs last week and comment on all of them and then blogger crashed and deleted them all!  Oh well such is life.

Here is my dining room table as of yesterday afternoon:

I was making a card to enter into a challenge - don't ask why I didn't use my craft room with my lovely new cupboards as I don't know! I even had the house to myself for 7 hours too!  But I sat here and listened to the radio via the telly - I have found that when listening to that I am much more constructive than sitting in front of the telly and watching a Midsommer Murder (I have 70 episodes taped to watch - might as well delete them all now!).  Anyways thats me for today (and yesterday!) - hoping to get around to a few of you later won't have chance tomorrow as I am off to the Malvern Quilt Show - whoo hoo.

If you are wondering why I am showing my desk to all and sundry then pop over Julias she will explain why!

Thanks for looking :)

ooh hope you enjoy the quilt show, I went to one at The bramble patch when I was on leave a few weeks back - they were art quilts rather than patchwork - amazing stuff they do with their fabric and machines...

Enjoy the show, I am sure this card is going to be a stunner when it is done. 7 hours to yourself, you lucky thing! Hopefully not all the pages you commented on were Blogger and some of your comments live on...one can hope...

WOW ... now is that a busy working area or just a plain old mess I wonder ... it's a very personal thing ... so I won't judge! Have a great time at the quilt show!

My favorite space to create is my dining room as well. :) It's all happening here so why shut myself in isolation. :) Happy WOYWW!

Enjoy the show. I am exactly the same - I have a beautiful craft room but tend to actually do my crafts everywhere but there! Thanks for the nose about!

Must admit love it when I can craft some where other than on my desk - seems like I'm being very naughty and doing something I shouldn't!!
Lots of papers and lovely stuff there to play with.
Enjoy the quilt show.
Thanks for visitng no 53

70!?! My word. I thought I was bad, with all the stuff queued up awaiting the time to watch. More often then not I wind up listening to an episode of whatever on my Mac while I'm working, glancing at the screen every so often. Enjoy the quilts - I went to the one at the V&A last year and it was fab

I'm mroe productive with music rather than the tv too - much too easy to get distracted by the telly!

Yikes! Where do you eat? I agree that it's hard to be productive when watching TV. Music is much more conducive when stamping.

Your table seems to be in a similar state of messiness as mine - that's a good thing.

I have a craft room which I love to use in the Winter but in the Summer I'd much rather be downstairs with the door open to the fresh air and the radio on too. We are funny aren't we. 70 episodes of Midsomer, did they make that many!!
Enjoy the Quilt show.
