I didn't word my post last week very well as some of you thought my mojo was visiting somewhere else whereas in reality it was with me - however, as usually happens!, I was really busy with other bits and pieces so didn't get to use most of it and then yesterday when I had a free afternoon (whoo hoo!) I found I had lost all my ideas! Oh well I sat and put these pieces of cardstock through the big shot to put texture on them (my challenge for this fortnight is to make a tag, card and/or layout with some texture) so I prepared these in readiness. A few will be for Halloween which we don't really celebrate in our house but I so love making spooky things and then I have finally started on the Christmas things - 74 sleeps left!
So here is my desk this morning:
If you want to join in the fun of looking at other desks around the world then pop over to Julias.
Thanks for looking :)

You have given me an idea. When I get back from my trip I a going to set myself a challenge to make something each day for a week. Thinking of your embossing here. Thanks for the idea and Thanks so much for sharing - Hugs, Neet #8
Splendid desk! I was admiring your table cloth (mine has been commented on a bit recently but I love those animals :) Looks like you have lots of good things on the go hop ewe get to see the results to.
I do love texture!
You definitely have some Autumn/Halloween colours going on there.
My extra Holly Mask from a couple of weeks ago wasn’t claimed so I’ve done another draw and you are the lucky winner. Email me Here with your details and I’ll get it in the post to you. Hope you have fun with it.
Happy Crafting!

Mmmm looks super crafty, loving all your embossing xx
Hi there. Just a quick peek around the door this week as time is definitely not on my side! I did want to visit though.
This happens to me as well, that I lose my ideas. It has taught me to write them down as soon as possible, I have a little notebook just for that. Crafting ideas and blogging ideas. Perhaps that would be something for you as well?
thanks for the crafty peek...lots of gorgeousness going on hugs kath xxx
Glad it is not just me that manages to forget all of my ideas the minute I sit down to start making. Sounds like you had a productive time nevertheless.
Thanks for sharing.
Jumbleberries xx
Embossing is one of my favorite things to add to my creations too. Thanks for the peek and sharing.
Hope you are having a great WOYWW.

Oooh, lovely pieces of textural card! My mojo would be raring to go with those knocking about...
Oh WOW. That texture is awesome. I don't have anything to make texture, so I'm totally impressed. I love the colors you used, too. Happy WOYWW from # 11.
I like all the detail on your Poison card - would love to know who Pinkston L Scruggs was!!
Hugs, LLJ xx
I am so out of the habit of taking a day or two a week to just PLAY. I miss it, but life has a way of...getting in the way :)
Have fun.

I don't 'do' Haloowe'en much either - but am loving those texture folders - and your hutch full of ink makes me smile! Don't worry about the ideas -as soon as you're too busy to sit at your desk, they'll come back!
Hey, that's my BigShot and my Tesco wipes! I haven't seen them for ages,as they are under all my stuff! Thank you for my snoop!! Have a great week
Happy WOYWW

When ever I have a day to myself and noone is there to interupt I excitedly dash to my desk with all the ideas rushing around in my head ...but as I pass through the door they disappear and I sit twidling with a pen or shuffling paper 'til 10 mins before everyone storms in loudly asking what I have been doing with my day.... lol
My there is a lot of activity on your desk this week. And boy you have a lot of embossing folders and made me realise I should use mine much more especially my new one which the bride and recipient of the Guest Book I made the other week bought for me!
Your "instruction" booklet looks interesting! Love that you're on a roll! Patsy from

I just love texture and nothing like a bit of embossing to start the process. Your instruction book looks interesting!!
fun to see the detritus strewn across the desk - really must organize so I can do some textures.
