WOYWW 131

Here is a view of my working desk as of yesterday afternoon:

Stripy piece of painted metal there is for T!ms tag yesterday (still not finished it!), the normal bits of clutter that surround me when I am crafting, the little box with flowers on next to my ink pads I made for our bumper crop last year out of the kit we made up - it contains my alcohol inks (for Monday's tag!), two extra alcohol ink tags are drying on top of my ink pads as I really loved making them, the Haribo's are for DS1 to take into school as it's his 11th birthday today - whoo hoo, and then to just to entertain and delight the other messy crafters out there here is a full view of my dining room, sorry, craft table!

Big shot, fold away bin, present for DS1 off DS2, DS2's book bag and letters home from school..... you get the picture!

DS1 is still in bed at the moment so am just waiting for him to wake up and open his presents - aren't birthdays just wonderful! then when they are both in school I am nipping to Morag's as our pinecone die turned up yesterday so I am off to have a quick play!  Whoo hoo - hopefully will visit a few of you later - managed over 100 last week!

Thanks for looking everyone - Mom of the Birthday Boy from Solihull.

WOW busy looking workspace. Have fun with that die and don't give up on it. I think if I could have had one word of advice I would have benefited from most it would have been don't try to wind it too tight! Hope you have a great week. Merry Christmas! Vickie aka Okienurse

Good luck with the tags, I gave up before I started as I didn't have any of the stuff Tim used - very inspirational though.
Happy Birthday to DS1 - have a great day.

So much going on in your workspace today. We have December birthdays here as well but we try not to combine with Christmas so they feel special.

Your dining room, er, craft table is bigger than mine! How great to have every square inch covered with goodness.

Happy birthday to the birthday boy. The colorful wrapping paper looks great.

Your craft table looks a very busy space this week. By the way, choose your time for visiting the German Market in Birmingham. My daughter and granddaughter went last Friday afternoon, and it was heaving and very hard to get round. Not surprising really when you think it is the largest German Market outside Germany.

Happy birthday to DS1! Yes i love birthdays too! When my son was young, I would concoct all sorts of games to add to his excitement! His reactions were so cute! I am reminiscing as my only son is 16 years old already and only gets excited with expensive electronics! Patsy from

I'm still not sure if it's a good thing to have a birthday near Chrismtas or not. We have a few in our family within a week before and after Chrismtas, they don't seem to mind so...maybe it's not so bad. Have a great week and thanks for the snoop!

Thank you for your nice comment on my blog. I'm very sorry to hear that your auntie died last week as well - I can well understand how you must be feeling. I'm glad there's no snow so far - we haven't heard yet when the funeral is, but hopefully we'll manage to get there. I'm glad you like my mirrors! They look great this a.m. now the glass bead gel medium has dried - really sparkly! Happy WOYWW, Shoshi #56
